• 50% Advance at Booking & balance 50% 15 days prior to your Function.
• Venue Package will be booked on shift basis 5 hours per day.
• Venue package will be booked on shift basis for minimum of 5 hours per day.
• Extra Decorations will be charged accordingly.
• In case of any cancellation booking amount will not be refunded.
• Management will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
• Management will not be responsible for any natural calamities, Pandemics & disasters & also booking amount for the same will not be refunded or adjusted for other dates.
• Permission shall be obtained by the host for musical or cocktail parties from their respected departments.
• Any damage to the lawn property will be charged accordingly.
• Parties ending beyond stipulated timing will be charged on hourly basis.
• Musical parties must end before 10pm.
• Fireworks will not be permitted inside lawn premises.
• Kitchen used for preparing food will be charged extra.
• Generators hired will be charged extra.
• Musical program not included in package
• Premium backdrops will be charged accordingly.
• We have monopoly for events & decoration no outside vendors allowed.
• Upper Banquet hall not included in package.
• Taxes & other Government Charges as applicable.
